Mobile App Overview

Navigation Menu

From the bottom navigation menu, you can access the following screens of the Jia mobile app:

• Unassigned tasks

• Your Tasks

• Account

Unassigned tasks

The Unassigned Tasks screen shows all of the unassigned tasks in your district in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recent task.

You can select a task to open it.

Your Tasks

The Your Tasks screen shows all of the tasks that have been assigned to you in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recent task.

At the top of the Your Tasks screen, you can select between the following options:

• To-Do - These are tasks that are incomplete.

• Completed - These are tasks that have been completed.

You can select a task to open it.

Account

The Account screen shows details of your Jia account.

• Username - Your username and listed name for your Jia account.

• Light Mode/Dark Mode - A toggle for Light Mode and Dark Mode for your Jia app.

• Workflows - an option for supervisors to edit the assigned Bag Pickup person for the Trash Bag Pickup workflow.

• Logout - Log out of your instance of Jia.
