Filter Trends by Division
Navigate to the “Task Completion Trends” section of the Analytics page.
Select the option you would like to filter at the top of the graph.
“All Divisions” allows you to filter by division.
“All Categories” allows you to filter by category.
You also have the option to filter by a pre-defined time period or by a custom date range. The pre-defined time periods are:
Today (Starting at 12 AM)
Yesterday (12 AM - 11:59 PM)
This Week (starting with the most recent Sunday)
Last Week (the previous Sunday - Saturday)
This Month (beginning with the 1st of the month)
Last Month (from the 1st to the end of the month)
Last 7 days (Beginning with the start of the same day during the previous week)
Last 30 days (beginning with the start of the day beginning 30 days ago)
Select the type of graph you would like to view.

Export Task Completion Trends
Navigate to the “Task Completion Trends” section of the Analytics page.
Select your filters and chart style.
Click the “Export” button in the upper-right of the Task Completion Trends table.
Filter Category Summary by Division
Navigate to the “Tasks Completed By Category” section of the Analytics page.
Select the option you would like to filter at the top of the graph.
“All Divisions” allows you to filter by division.
“All Categories” allows you to filter by category.

Filter Tasks Details
Navigate to the “Tasks Details” section of the Analytics page.
Select the option you would like to filter at the top of the graph.
“All Divisions” allows you to filter by division.

Export Tasks
Navigate to the “Tasks Details” section of the Analytics page.
Select your filters.
Click the “Export” button in the upper-right of the Tasks Details table.
Filter Tasks Details by Column
Navigate to the top row of the Tasks table.
As you hover over the column you would like to filter, you will see three vertical dots on the right of the column header. The columns that can be filtered are:
Source
Division
Category
Date Created
Date Skipped
Click the “filter” option in the menu. Here, you can select the columns, operators, and values for which you’d like to filter. Press enter to update the table filters.
For example, to filter tasks to the “Cleaning” division, we will select
“Division” under the “column” drop-down,
“Contains” under the “operator” drop-down, and
“Cleaning” under the “Value” drop-down.
Re-order Columns in the Tasks Details table
Navigate to the top row of the Tasks Details table.
Find the column that you’d like to move. Click and drag the column header left or right to the position you’d like to
Click the “filter” option in the menu. Here, you can select the columns, operators, and values for which you’d like to filter. Press enter to update the table filters.
For example, to filter tasks to the “Cleaning” division, we will select
“Division” under the “column” drop-down,
“Contains” under the “operator” drop-down, and
“Cleaning” under the “Value” drop-down.
Sort by Column in the Tasks Details table
Navigate to the top row of the Tasks Details table.
Find the column by which you’d like to sort and click the arrow next to the name of the column.
When the arrow is pointing up, the table will sort from lowest values at the top to highest values at the bottom.
When the arrow is pointing down, the table will sort from highest values at the top to lowest values at the bottom.
